  • Clear Objective Ltd owns, develops and supports the Clear Enterprise ERP solution and all associated intellectual property. Our software is used by medium sized companies throughout Australia and New Zealand.

  • Clear Objective Ltd is an unlisted Australian company, based in Brisbane, Australia. Founded in 1999, the company is dedicated to the design and implementation of solutions for business based on its signature Clear Enterprise ERP product.

Directors

John Hickey – Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
John joined Clear Objective as Chief Executive Officer in January 2006, and was appointed Managing Director the same year. He has more than 20 years experience in the IT&T sector, previously holding finance and accounting positions with subsidiaries of Leightons, Elders IXL and John Wiley & Sons. Prior to joining Clear Objective, John held a number of senior executive roles at Mincom Limited. He has experience in both domestic and overseas markets and in the development and commercialization of new business opportunities.

Andrew Milner – Company Secretary and CFO
Andy joined Clear Objective Limited as Commercial Manager in April 2007 and was appointed as Company Secretary and a director of the company late 2007. Andy has over 25 years extensive finance and corporate accounting experience in the UK and Australia, having previously held commercial and financial management positions with Whitbread, IBM Global Services, Energex and Mincom. Andy is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

David Merson – Non-executive Director
David has more than 35 years experience in the IT sector. He was a founder of Mincom in 1979 and Chief Executive until early 2000 when he retired from the position. David is Chairman or Director of a number of companies and a member of various public sector advisory committees and is also involved in venture capital. David has received many awards in recognition of his contribution to the IT industry and he is regularly invited as a keynote speaker at industry functions and events. David was appointed as a non-executive director August 2006.
